It has taken a rather long two years for the blogosphere to completely pick up Brisbane, Australia’s “Last Dinosaurs”. After a string of singles and EP’s, Debut album “In A Million” years” has created the biggest buzz around an Australian band for a long time, with solid 4 or 5 star reviews all round. Although they have been turning heads in their home country, The Great Escape would be the first time they would be bringing their optimistic alternative indie to British shores.

TGE2012: It’s not hard to find a band out of 300 who really leave an impression on you. Coming up late for the interview with Aussie band Red Ink couldn’t have gone any better as the guys where in the middle of another interview. Once the interview took place the guys where chatty and passionate about what they did and what they wanted their music to be.

TGE 2012: There are times when you have to drop everything and run to the nearest computer and type up a review or interview whilst it’s still fresh in your head. But since this isn’t the 1980s and every man and his dog have their own computers things can be as instant as we want them.
