Album Review – RENDEZVOUS: ANOTHER ROUND PLEASE

Single Review: HOODED FANG / PINKUNOIZU – 05 March ’12

Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Hooded Fang are an interesting band to observe. They have seemingly managed to conceive a new genre, creating a mix of Lo-Fi Garage rock and Surfer pop. Although on paper that sounds like a categorically dire match, it seems to work for this group and they have created an original sound unlike anything else on the scene at the moment.

Complex plays are not easy to sit down and watch and they can be, at times, layered so thick that you can become lost within the labyrinth style story and by the end your left feeling neither love nor hate for the play but an overwhelming sense of confusion.

Theatre Preview: All New People – by Zach Braff

After a sell out run on Broadway, it has been announced that Zach Braff’s debut production “All New People” will be hitting The Duke of York Theatre in London’s west end for a 10 week run commencing on the 22nd February. After deciphering through countless reviews, one would suggest that All New People is a black comedy, with emotional undertones.
