Edinburgh Fringe Previews LONDON: It is that time of year when the whole of the UK gets geared up for the worlds biggest fringe festival, hands down that statement is true. Edinburgh Fringe Festival has gained a world-class and as a result the good, the bad, and the darn right silly al head up their in August to take part.
For most of July we will be in Fringe preview season with many shows doing 2 or 3 previews to test out their new material. Last week TNC got the chance to finally see Jeff Leach, compare and creator of Paradise Comedy Wednesday’s, perform his Fringe Preview show to a sell out crowd (including his mother and father).

One walked into the basement theatre at Barons Court to see the cast sat to the left of the stage looking pensively at one another and a trio of musicians playing folk music as the audience took to their seats. They would continue playing till the play started which gave a gentile and warm introduction to the play.

Principal Parts is the Strip Theatre Company’s new production, and is headed for this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival. ‘Part comedy, part tragedy, part musical’, it is set amongst the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo, 1914, an act that would trigger the 1st World War.

Following a sell-out debut in 2010, student a cappella group All the King’s Men will return to the Edinburgh Fringe this year with their show ‘Putting it Together Again’. Hailing from King’s College London (hence the name), these boys perform vocal renditions of a diverse range of songs…
