It seems like Tinseltown is showing their old double standards when it comes to how it wants to treat certain members. The latest one to fall by the wayside is Brett Ratner who was slated to produce the 2012 Oscar Telecast and has now resigned after an apparent gay slur over the weekend. Though the Academy was standing by Ratner in Monday they have now accepted his resignation.

I know it’s Christmas, well it’s fast approaching, and I should be much more respectful to my fellow man but I refuse to hold my breathe any longer. For too long now Starbucks has been able to run wild ruining all the good things we love, coffee, music, Coke, and am not standing for it any more!

Ed Bauer is a name your going to hear a lot of in the next couple of weeks. Arrested during a peaceful protest and placed in jail for 10 days Bauer as since been suspended from is democratically elected post post as UoB Guild of Students…it’s time to make things right.
