…and a party afterwards!
And the action doesn’t stop there, dance the rest of the night away with leading Latin DJs (DJ Lubi and DJ Dhezy) at the Latin Dance Party, courtesy of the now well-established ¡VAMOS! festival. Get your dancing shoes on and swing those hips (or just have a few drinks and enjoy the atmosphere)!

Fonseca first made his name with the much missed Buena Vista performer Ibrahim Ferrer and when he played a sold out gig with his own band at The Sage Gateshead in 2007, had it rocking to the rafters!
“Roberto Fonseca is rather special, even by Cuban standards… such style that girls swoon while their boyfriends’ jaws drop in amazement. And you can whistle his tunes.” The Guardian
La-33′s first album contained a worldwide Latin dance hit – a mambo version of ‘The Pink Panther’ – and the second album was nominated for a Latin GRAMMY.
“I loved this storming assault of Latin brass when we reviewed [the album], but having seen them live I’m convinced that this is one of the best party bands on the planet.” Songlines
We have also been able to find an interview with the band which was done in 2006 and has little hints of the famous ‘Pink Panther’ theme which they won the Grammy for:
