How did you get into music?
By listening to people like The Stones and The Beatles and seeing footage of them live and it seeming like such a rush and wanting to emulate that.
Did you play music at school?
Yeah we all did loads
What was it about being a musician was it that made you say ‘yeah this is for me’?
Huge amounts of fun and getting to hang around with weird interesting people.
Who would you say is a current good act on the music scene now?
Huge amount of diversity, there is something for everyone. Music is more accessible than ever.

What city/country would you like to visit and play?
Nashville and all over America
What would you say about the music scene now?
Pretty saturated but there are loads of outlets for artists to get their music out there.
Where does your music fit in?
Dance Blues !!
Would you allow your music to be used in commercials/TV or film?
Yeah depending on what it was.
If there was one person you would like to work with who would they be and why?
Any member of White Denim, because they are so so musically switched on.
What would you say the worst thing is about playing live?
The waiting around
What are your worst habits?
winding others up
What drives your music and your passion?
The need to play in front of loads and loads of people.
How do you write your music?
Mainly jamming ideas out
What have you go planned for the rest of the year, you playing any festivals?
Yeah we are playing a few, not to much over the summer and then a big U.K
tour in October.
What advice had you been given before you started this journey and what advice would you give someone just starting out?
Be nice to people on the way up because you meet them again on the way back
down. Eat well.
